(c) The above time limits may be waived by the affirmative vote of 4 of its members, when
the Board of Adjustment deems such action necessary to prevent an injustice, due to changed
circumstances, or to facilitate the proper development of the village.
(d) Motions for reconsideration.
1. Motions for reconsideration of a matter may be made only by a member who voted
with the prevailing majority on the matter to be reconsidered.
2. Motions to reconsider shall be made at the same meeting as the original motion
or at the meeting immediately following the original motion.
3. Any member of the Board may second a motion to reconsider.
4. If the matter to be reconsidered was considered at a public hearing, the public
hearing shall be reopened before additional testimony may be heard.
