Planning Board Meeting
Tuesday, May 20,2008
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. Ann, Bill, Barbara were present. Peter O'Leary was absent. Steve Duncan, finance officer, was present.
The agenda and the minutes were approved. There were no public comments.
There was no old business.
New business: consideration of a revision to the recorded plat of Rainbow Falls Preserve, book 28, page 193, Rutherford County Records, as requested by Trip McGarity, petitioner. The plat revision to the perimeter boundary provides for the exchange of two parcels of property between the petitioner and the adjoining landowner, Stephen Wilkie, representing Security Acquisition and Servicing, LLC. An area of 0.26 acres is removed from the lower east side of the original plat and an area of 0.05 acres is added to the west side of the plat adjacent to the entry drive. This board reviewed the restrictions and lines that changed. Ann made a motion to approve these restrictions. Barbara seconded. Passed. These documents will be signed by the Village concurrently 'with the signing of the plat when our attorney' bill is paid and the dumpster is enclosed.
There were no public comments.
Ann made a motion to adjourn and Barbara seconded. Passed. This meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
